Privacy Mission Statement and Acceptance of Terms

Precision Medicine Network, Inc.™ (hereinafter “Precision Medicine™”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the following Precision Medicine™ Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for details concerning our policies related to the Web sites, applications and services that you may use in connection with our products and services. Throughout this Privacy Policy, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Precision Medicine™ and its affiliates. By accessing or using our Web site at: http://www.precisionready.com (the “Site”) or any of our mobile applications (collectively with the Site, the “Platform”) on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (each a “Device”), purchasing any products or services through our Platform, or creating an account or otherwise registering with our Platform, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Precision Medicine™ may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of our Platform, and/or your purchase of products or services from our Platform constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any updates. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to our Terms of Use . If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Precision Medicine™ through your use of the Platform and the provision of products and services, as well as our offline support and consulting services. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to our Platform and not to any Web sites or other content which may be linked to, or identified in, our Platform.

Collection of Your Personal Information

In order to access the Platform and our services, you will be asked to sign in with a username and password. If you access the Platform and our services via a mobile phone, you may also use your telephone number and a PIN as an alternative credential to your username and password. As part of creating your credentials, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers as well as an alternate e-mail address, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password.

In connection with your use of our Platform, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number and your employer or the organization, university or other academic institution with whom you are affiliated with or enrolled with that invited you to use the Platform. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, telephone number, image, contact lists, social media information and profile, location (GPS) information, preferences, interests and favorites. If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, we may ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to create a billing account. The foregoing personally identifiable information is referred to herein as “Personal Information.”

Precision Medicine™ may also gather certain information automatically that is stored in log files, which does not identify you. For example, we may use Web site analytics tools on our Site to retrieve information from your browser, including the Web site you came from, the search engine and the keywords you used to find our Site, the pages you view within our Site, your browser add-ons, and your browser’s width and height. We may also use technologies, such as cookies and web beacons (described below), to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our Site. Additionally, we collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every Web site you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

We may combine information you give us with other information from our sources, transactions and communications. This may include, but is not limited to, information from our products and applications, or other interactions that you may have with Precision Medicine™. We may also combine that information with data that is publicly available and data from third parties.


We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.

Use of Your Personal Information

Precision Medicine™ collects and uses your Personal Information to operate and improve its Platform, its products and services. These uses may include providing you with more effective customer service; making the Platform or services easier to use; and performing research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies.

We also use your Personal Information to communicate with you. We may send certain service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, information on our products and services and its functionality and security announcements.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your Personal Information without your consent.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions (including credit card processing), or performing statistical or other market analysis of the use of our Platform, products and services and in connection with our data and promotions management. Those service providers will be permitted to obtain only the Personal Information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. However, for credit card processing, our fraud detection vendors may use aggregate data to help improve their service. This helps them more accurately detect fraudulent uses of credit cards.

We may disclose your Personal Information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our or others’ rights, property or safety. We may share information to prevent illegal uses of Precision Medicine™ products and services or violations of the Terms of Use, or to defend ourselves against third-party claims. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation.

We may also disclose Personal Information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Security of Your Personal Information

Precision Medicine™ is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, like other companies, Precision Medicine™ cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of the Personal Information you provide to us.

Any Personal Information that you provide to us may be stored on our computer network servers. You may have the ability to view or edit your Personal Information online. In order to help prevent your Personal Information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your credentials (username and password at the minimum). To help protect your accounts and Personal Information it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer or mobile device with anyone you should always log out of the Platform before leaving such computer or mobile device to protect access to your Personal Information from subsequent users.

Use of Cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enable or help you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display your personalized content on your later visits to these sites. Our Site also uses cookies as described in the Collection of your Information section of this Privacy Policy.

When you sign in to the Site using your personalized credentials, we store your unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an encrypted cookie on your hard disk. This cookie allows you to move from page to page at the site without having to sign in again on each page.

You may have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of the Site and services that depend on cookies.

If you choose to accept cookies, your browser may give you the ability to later delete cookies that you have accepted. If you choose to delete cookies, any settings and preferences controlled by those cookies will be deleted and may need to be recreated.

Use of Web Beacons

The Site may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that may be used to assist in delivering cookies and allow us to count users who have visited pages on the Site. We may also include Web beacons in e-mail messages in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Precision Medicine™ may also employ Web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operation of our Site.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our policies and customer feedback. We encourage you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how Precision Medicine™ is protecting your Personal Information.
